The Tennessean reports state assistant medical examiner Dr. Feng Li said McNair's BAC level was around .16. Also, Sahel Kazemi, the 20-year-old who fatally shot McNair, had a small trace of marijuana in her system, but no alcohol.
Agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives arrested ex-con Adrian Gilliam Jr. last week for providing the gun that was used to kill McNair. Nashville police say McNair was asleep on his couch when Kazemi shot him multiple times before taking her own life.
